Ken Foster
Auditor

Ken Foster has been PUD District Auditor for nearly three years. The Auditor function is independent and serves as part of the District's overall financial and compliance internal control system. The Auditor is responsible for assuring that all expenses are authenticated. Mr. Foster can also act in a consulting capacity with regard to improvements to District internal control systems and streamlining processes and procedures to produce better operating efficiencies.

Mr. Foster has a total of 36 years professional experience in Audit, People and/or Function Management and Finance. He was Clallam County Auditor for nearly six years before coming to the PUD. Before that he was Chief Financial Officer for the Lower Elwha Tribe. Prior to that he was Director, Internal Audit and Operations Analysis for domestic sales, marketing and processed products operating units at Sunkist Growers’ Inc. at the Sherman Oaks, California, headquarters.

Mr. Foster has a B.A., Sociology, from California State University at Long Beach, and MBA, Finance, Management and Accounting, Pepperdine University, Malibu, California.
He and wife Wendy have a daughter and son-in-law Joellyn and Dave Jensen, daughter Karyn Foster, granddaughter Jenelle Jensen and grandson Derrell Jensen.
