Choose the Right CFL
Finding the right ENERGY STAR® quaifed light bulb for your home is easy! It starts by asking yourself three questions:
- What shape and size of light bulb will fit the fixure? View this chart to see what would work best for you.
- How much light do I need? The higher the lumen rating, the greater the amount of light. To save energy costs, find the bulbs with the light output you need, then choose the bulb with the lowest watts.
- What color light do I want? Like all fluorescent lighting, CFLs are available in a wide variety of shades of white light.
