High Efficiency Replacement Windows
Residential Window Replacement Incentive Program
Your PUD is currently offering customers $6/sq. ft. rebates for replacing single-paned windows and/or metal-framed double-paned windows in heated spaces with new high-efficiency windows with U-values of 0.30 or less, installed by a participating installer.

Please Note:
- This incentive is for Clallam County PUD electricity customers only (PUD water-only customers and City of Port Angeles Utility customers are not eligible ).
- Installations must be approved by the PUD prior to purchase and installation.
- Post-installation requests are not eligible for the rebate.
- Replacement windows may not be larger than original windows.
- Windows in new construction homes or additions are not eligible for this rebate.
- Rebates may be modified or discontinued at any time.
