Low Income Senior Discounts
The PUD offers a discount on our electric bills to qualifying customers.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant for Senior Discount must be 62 years of age or older
- Applicant's primary residence must be in the District's service area
- The utility service must be in applicant's name
- Applicant's annual combined household income must not exced $25,000

Low Income Disabled Discounts
The PUD offers a discount on our electric bills to qualifying customers.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Applicant's primary residence must be in the District's service area
- The utility service must be in applicant's name
- Applicant's annual combined household income must be at or below 125 percent of the federally established poverty level
- Verification of disability eligibility

Please have your Personal ID out and available when you sign for services. Utilities are required to be in compliance with the Federal FACT Act which provides for the prevention of identity theft. This is to protect our customers from Identity Theft.
Prior to receiving PUD services, all customers must provide 2 forms of ID. One must be Photo ID. This information will be verified.

- Social Security Card
- Passport
- Military ID
- Green Card
- Native American ID card
Deposits are required for all new accounts unless a current letter of good credit is provided from a previous utility.
