Cash. If you like to do business in cash, you can make your payment at any area PUD office.
Check or Money Order. Pay by mail using the return envelope provided with your electric bill to enclose your check or money order, or use the handy drive-up drop box provided at any PUD office.
Credit & Debit Cards. We also take payments by VISA, MasterCard or Discover either in person or by phone.
Effective July 1, 2010. on-line payment processing will be available for either of the following automatic payment methods:
Automatic Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer. You can authorize your bank to automatically release funds from your checking account to pay your PUD bill.
Automatic Payment by Credit/Debit Card. You can have your monthly balance paid in full automatically through your credit, debit or check card. Contact your area Customer Services for more information on automatic payments.
Average Payment Plan. Help take the sting out of high winter heating bills by having your monthly bills averaged over the whole year. Our customers have found this to be a valuable budgeting tool. Contact your area Customer Services for additional information and assistance.
