PUD is Implementing a New Outage Management System to Handle High Volume Calls and at the same time identify and track multiple outages. Successful implementation of the system before the winter storm season requires correct phone information for all PUD customers.
To expedite this program, a request for information sheet is included with the PUD June bills. Completed forms may be returned to any area PUD office, night drop box, or mailed with monthly payments.
