DIAMOND POINT PHASE 2

Prequalified contractors are invited to submit a sealed bid for PUD No. 1 of Clallam County, Diamond Point Overhead to Underground Conversion. This project consists of converting 3-phase overhead lines to trenched or bored parallel runs of 4/0 Aluminum 15KV cable. Work will be performed from Diamond Point Boulevard to Airport Way along Diamond Point Road, Sequim, WA.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:30 p.m. Pacific Time on July 15, 2026. Bids may be mailed to PUD No. 1 of Clallam County, Attn: Contracts Coordinator, 100 Hooker Road, Sequim, Washington 98382. The bid must be in a sealed bid envelope with the name and address of the Bidder, plainly marked “Sealed Bid”, bid number, and project name on the sealed envelope. Please place the bid envelope inside the delivery envelope to be mailed. If hand-delivered, the sealed and labeled envelope should be brought to the main office at 104 Hooker Road, Sequim, WA 98382. Proposals must be filled out in ink or typewritten. No alterations or interlineations will be permitted, unless made before submission, initialed, and dated. Late responses will not be accepted or considered. At 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time, of the bid due date, a public bid opening will take place in the Boardroom at the District’s Main office at 104 Hooker Road, Sequim, WA. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check, or Cashier’s Check in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid. All bidders must be prequalified in accordance with RCW 54.04.085 prior to bid submittal. A preliminary Project Plan and Schedule is requested to be submitted with the bid.
