PUD customers are invited to join us for our Customer Appreciation Day! Bring the kids for lunch and explore the activities happening, including:
• Interactive Table Displays throughout the lobby and boardroom - learn how outages are restored, what the PUD is doing for wildfire mitigation, utility careers, department projects and more!
• Customer Support Station to help customers enroll in options such as SmartHub, SmartPay, AutoPay, and Paperless Billing. (Bring your account number or we can help you look it up)
• Kid-Friendly activities including a coloring station or build a paper line truck
• Touch-a-Truck exhibit outside, featuring two of our large utility vehicles
• Mobile Hot Dog Truck - lunch is on us!
• Coffee Corner in the boardroom, offering a chance to connect with our Commissioners over cookies and coffee
• Emergency Backpack Giveaway Drawings every half hour (five total giveaways)
