Public Utility District Number 1 of Clallam County developed initial water use efficiency (WUE) goals as mandated by the Municipal Water Law passed by the Washington State Legislature in 2003. These goals are designed to meet the standards set forth by the WUE rule [WAC 246-290]. The PUD Water Department includes information related to the water use efficiency program in its annual Water Quality Reports (Consumer Confidence Reports).
