What Happens if My SmartPay Balance Reaches $0 & I Don’t Add Funds to My Account?

If you don’t add funds to your account by the deadline, your power will automatically shut off. To restore service, you must have over $40 in your account. Once your account has over $40, your power should turn on within 15 minutes. Please note: while your power is off, the Basic Customer Charge will still be billed to your account.
