Your PUD is pleased to be able to offer two public use meeting rooms at the Main Office in Carlsborg. In order to make reservations for the use of one of these rooms:
- Please review the Public Meeting Room Use Rules thoroughly*.
- If you feel your group meets the criteria, then a Public Meeting Room Use Application (“Application”) must be submitted and approved prior to a reservation being requested. Please print this form, fill out completely, sign and submit per the instructions in the Rules
- Once you have received approval, then you may request to reserve a room using the form below.
*Effective 11/7/16 the available hours have changed to 8:30 to 4:00 in order to adjust to new customer service lobby hours.
Descriptions of the rooms are listed below. Complete details are available in the Public Meeting Room Use Rules above. Note: No connection cables, extension cords, or audio/video assistance is provided in either room. Click on the images below to view larger size.
The Lake Crescent Boardroom has a capacity of approximately 50. Amenities include a projection wall, whiteboard, kitchen facility with small under-counter refrigerator, coffee maker, and sink in order that light refreshment trays, catering, or beverages may be brought in. No food, beverages or supplies are provided. There is an HDMI input that may be utilized to connect a laptop to the television monitor or projector. Users may also bring their own laptop and projector and view presentations on the projection wall. No connection cables, extension cords, or audio/video assistance are provided. Wi-fi is available for the presenter. 50 chairs, 8 rectangular tables, and 8 round tables are available for this room. Please note that parking is limited to 24 available spaces.
The Neah Bay Meeting Room seats up to 10 and has 1 rectangular conference table. Coming soon will be the ability to connect your laptop to a monitor for presentations. Food and beverages may be consumed in this room, but are not provided.
