Happy New Year!
We’re kicking off 2025 with a noticeable change in the launch of our revamped website. This will provide a much-improved customer experience with broad accessibility features.
We are just in the beginnings of winter so stay vigilant about being prepared for potential outages in case of wind or snow. Often the efforts going on in the back country aren’t visible to our customers as far as the maintenance of infrastructure. To that end we are pleased to host an article by the spokesperson for the Bonneville Power Administration on the work they have been conducting to maintain and improve upon the transmission line serving the west end.
Every time I think “Wow, that year went by fast!” it’s because we have that many projects and programs in the works in addition to regularly schedule maintenance and deadlines. Continuous Performance Improvement is one of our Strategic Objectives and is ongoing to reduce costs, improve reliability and efficiency, and benefit you, our customers.
