On Wednesday, April 3, Clallam People's Utility District (PUD) will have a new 24-hour a day, 7 days a week Pay-By-Phone number of (855) 943-3644. This change is to integrate this service with the platform that we use for our customer management system and will bring new features and benefits.
Customers will now be able to set up and manage Autopay through the phone system.
There will now be a Spanish-language option.
We will have more robust options for customer notifications.
As we make the conversion on April 3rd, 24-hour a day, 7 days a week Pay-By-Phone will be down for a couple of hours. Look for information to be posted on our website as we identify the exact time.
