All newsWater Restrictions Lifted for All Areas
The PUD has lifted all water restrictions for the Upper Fairview, Gales Addition, Mt. Angeles, Monroe Water Districts.
Tom Martin, PUD Water Superintendent, says, “We appreciate the voluntary conservation measures customers took during this year’s dry period and we encourage customers to continue conserving water where possible during all months of the year.”
The City of Port Angeles recently lifted its voluntary water restrictions, prompting the PUD to do the same in areas where water is purchased from the City. The Upper Fairview District had been on Stage 2 voluntary water restrictions since August 31st, and the other areas listed had been on the same since September 14th.
